For most people, when the sun goes down it’s time to let your body decompress and sleep. And no matter how much sleep we get, we always feel like we could use a little more. We’ve all pulled ourselves through a day where we got little to no sleep the night before, and typically as a result we can’t think clearly, respond to road hazards quickly, miss important details, etc.
But what if we didn’t need sleep? What If the body had another way to recharge itself while fully awake? How would we use our 24 hour days when we are awake for them all? Do we get twice as much done? How do we unwind and recharge? This week we ask, “WHAT IF PEOPLE DIDN’T HAVE TO SLEEP?”
